Terms of use

VIRLO drafts a token from a public post, and your own wallet launches it. These terms set out who is responsible for what.

Draft of October 26, 2026

This text describes how VIRLO works today. We have not finished reviewing it, it has not been checked by a lawyer, and it is not legal advice.

On this page

1.What VIRLO is

VIRLO is a website that drafts a token from a public post. Your own wallet then launches the token on Robinhood Chain.

Launches on Flywheel. Independent, not affiliated with Flywheel. We do not speak or act for Flywheel.

In these terms, "we" means the people who run VIRLO. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2.Your wallet and your transactions

You connect a wallet that you control. We never see or hold your private keys or seed phrase, we cannot sign for you, and we cannot move your funds.

Before you sign a launch or a reward claim, the site checks it with a simulation and shows what will be sent. Read what your wallet shows before you approve it.

A transaction confirmed on Robinhood Chain is final. We cannot undo, reverse or refund it, and gas spent on a transaction that fails is not returned.

3.Costs

VIRLO charges no fee and receives no share of launches or trades.

A launch costs Flywheel's launch fee of 0.0005 ETH plus network gas. If you add an opening buy, you also pay for the tokens it buys, at most 1.3% of the supply, and the token page shows that amount to everyone.

Flywheel takes 4% of every buy and sell. For tokens launched through VIRLO, 2.95% goes to holders as ETH, 0.95% to the Flywheel platform, 0.05% is burned and 0.05% goes to locked liquidity. Flywheel's contracts fix these amounts, and VIRLO cannot change them.

4.Drafts and suggestions

Suggestions for a name, ticker and description come from an AI service or from templates built from the post's words. They can be wrong or unsuitable. You decide what goes on chain, and you are responsible for it.

The site refuses names and descriptions that pose as a person, brand or official account, claim official status or promise returns. These checks are automatic and can miss things.

Drafts have no login. Anyone with a draft's link can open it, change it and launch it from their own wallet, so share that link only with people you trust. Once a launch transaction exists, the draft is locked.

5.Community tokens

Every token launched through VIRLO is labeled an unofficial community token. The description VIRLO puts on chain says the token is not affiliated with or endorsed by the post's author or the platform.

Every token launched through VIRLO pays its 2.95% trading reward to holders. Flywheel fixes this choice at launch, and no one can change it later. Tokens that pay the reward to a verified creator are not available yet.

A launch gives its creator no tokens: the whole supply goes into Flywheel's locked pool. The creator holds only the tokens they buy, for example with an opening buy.

After launch, the creator's wallet can rewrite the token's details on chain, and we cannot stop that. When the details change, the token's page on VIRLO also shows what was launched here.

6.What you may not do

Do not use VIRLO to:

  • pose as a person, brand, platform or official account, or suggest that one of them made or backs a token;
  • promise profits or returns, or mislead buyers in any other way;
  • use names or claims you have no right to use, such as someone else's trademark;
  • break the law where you live, including laws on securities, sanctions, fraud and money laundering;
  • overload, probe or attack the site, or get around its limits and checks.

The site refuses some of this automatically. We may also refuse drafts and launches on VIRLO, or block access to it, for anyone who breaks these rules.

7.Risks

Tokens launched here are speculative. A token's price can fall to zero, it may never be traded, and it may never graduate.

Holder rewards depend on Flywheel: fees from buys become ETH only after Flywheel's operator converts them, and the ETH then streams to holders over an hour.

Flywheel's contracts, Robinhood Chain, wallets and the other services the site relies on can fail or be attacked.

Prices, rewards and other figures on the site come from Flywheel's API and from the chain, with the time they were read. They can be late or wrong.

Nothing on VIRLO is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Only spend what you can afford to lose.

8.Flywheel and other services

Flywheel runs its own contracts, website, API and token list. We cannot change, pause or undo anything on Flywheel or on Robinhood Chain. VIRLO links to Flywheel's website for trading: apart from the optional opening buy at launch, you cannot buy or sell on VIRLO.

Your wallet, the public Robinhood Chain RPC services, Pinata (which stores token logos on IPFS) and Cloudflare are run by other companies. The privacy notice lists what each of them receives.

9.Changes to the site

We may change the site, switch launching off or stop running it at any time. While launching is off, drafts stay saved.

A launched token stays on Robinhood Chain whatever happens to VIRLO.

10.No warranty, limited liability

We provide the site as it is, with no promise that it works without errors, that its figures are correct, or that it stays available.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site, from transactions you sign, from token prices or from services run by others. Where the law does not allow these limits, they apply only as far as it does.

11.Updates and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and using the site after an update means you accept it.

A contact address for questions about these terms is not published yet. It will be added here before this draft becomes final.
